random things about Kadenyi”, one of my targets is to lose weight
and so I joined the gym and this is what I have been doing but I’m
soon going change to a different schedule. If you are interested, you
could try this workout that helped me loose 4 kgs in 3 weeks!

Monday: Mainly
concentrated on the hands and legs:
 
Tuesday: Mainly
concentrated on the back and shoulders:

Wednesday: Mainly
concentrates on the stomach and waist (p.s I REALLY hated
Wednesdays!):
 
 
  
Thursday: Mainly
concentrating on the waist, back torso and arms:

Friday: Mainly
concentrated on the shoulders, back and arms:
