When I try one piece of clothing I tend to wear it till I exhaust it, and lately Denim has been on my mind. So on today i will be showing you double denim, and prove how styling it is actually really easy!

The basic rule of thumb for denim on denim is making sure that the washes and colors are completely different from each other. I did this by pairing my vintage jacket with my stripped skinny jeans.

Another basic is you want to make sure that your pieces fit you perfectly. The jacket is a little oversized but my jeans are skinny and shirt fitted. I don’t think denim on denim ever looks good with really loose jeans, it’s much more suited to skinny fits.

I accessorized by wearing my hat and black boots that complements the shirt and adds a Boho look to it. Sunglasses are always a standard with me I think fit the look perfectly. with the jewellery i kept it minimal by wearing my Aldo watch and of course the African touch with my minimalist bracelet. So here’s my first take on Denim on Denim, I have so many other ways of showing you guys, so keep checking for that. Wishing all of you a lovely week.

Lots of love
