After a couple of months of planning, I am delighted to announce the launch of my new website.

Blogging began as a hobby and has transformed into so much more than that for me.

That’s the biggest reason that I wanted one that would fully embody me. It has opened so many doors and presented many opportunities that wouldn’t have been there without this blog of mine.

I hope you like the fresh new look to the website and the improved navigation that will allow you to find the information you need more quickly and easily.

For this new website, this year I am planning on keeping this blog updated on a regular basis, collaborating with other bloggers, Friends and associates on topics that I am most passionate about: Fashion, Travel, Lifestyle and Beauty.

In particular, I hope you like the feel of the design which is specifically intended to be easy to navigate and to reflect forward thinking and a modern approach.

The site is now compatible with modern tablets and smart phones to allow you to keep in touch while on the move.

Shout out to Holistic Creative Agency for creating this site. They totally understood what I was going for and Nailed it 🙂
What you think of our new website?  All comments and feedback are welcome.

Now Onto the Outfit,

Photographer: Vince Oyolo

I love love this combo, Nairobi has been a little cold for the last month and so warm clothes are the way to go. So what better than Leather Pants to keep you warm and stylish?

In fact, long gone are the days when this trouser style was a bikers-only and rock-chick staple. It’s all about finding a great pair of leather pants with a cut and style to fit your body and matching them to certain tops and shoes to get that effortless somewhat polished look.

Outfit Details

Sunglasses: Thrifted

Chocker: Maasai Market

Shirt: New Look

Leather pants: Next (Tall)

Boots: F.Angelo

I went for more of a casual vibe by pairing it with my high wedges  to avoid looking too basic.

Note that leather pants and leggings bring a certain edge and ‘roughness’ to whatever you pair them with, so you may want to wear something soft with lighter colors to balance our the rough edges of your style.

Styling your leather leggings is easier than you think, and owning them can be a lot more useful than many people assume.

These items can be a great staple piece, and can be worn however and wherever you want. I chose to keep it effortlessly chic by being minimal and wearing all black with a pop of color from my Maasai choker and graphic tee.

Have fun rocking your leggings this season. How do you style leather pants? Let me know in the comments section below!

Stay Stylish,

Kadenyi.
