Remember me saying that I’m looking for slouchy faded blue dungarees in this post (link)? Well my prayers were answered. As soon as I got this pair I absolutely had to do a shoot with them. I do repeat that deep down inside I’m still the thirteen year old tomboy who lived in trousers.

I try to incorporate some form of African Accessories in my outfits, they are unique, so beautiful and also emphasise my culture. For this number, I used the handbag that has been in my family for decades. I love how fashion tends to repeat itself over the years and like now such bags are in fashion. The Sunglasses believe it or not we’re Thrifted, yep, I love the vendors in Toi Market as they always keep their collection interesting. I had gone shopping for clothes and of course went crazy and blew my budget only to notice these on my way out. I almost had to walk home just to get them but luckily my bargaining skills won.

The rest of the outfit was one of my many crop tops which are just life in this crazy sun. My hair had failed me in its curling process and so to make it interesting I tied the graffiti cloth which complements the dungarees and the shoes. The high tops just had to be the shoes for not only do they scream Tom boy, but in my opinion just finish the look.

Well that pretty much covers the whole outfit, hope you guys like it as much as I do. Thank you for stopping by, and feel free to leave a comment 😊

Lots of Love
